Most of our cane consists of heirloom varieties that is preserved in our collection. We grow, research, and evaluate sugar cane on the farm and distribute these varieties. We also make fresh squeezed sugar cane juice which is a very healthy refreshing drink and sugar cane syrup which is a southern version of maple syrup.
